Ads & Business Suite

Locked out of your ad account, or ads not running? We work through the setup with you.

An ad account can stop working for reasons that have nothing to do with your ads. A permission is removed, the account sits under someone else's Business Portfolio, a Serbian card is declined at billing, or the Pixel stops sending data. We work through the setup step by step and tell you plainly what we find.

Does any of this sound familiar?

  • I open Ads Manager and it says I have no permission to access this ad account.
  • My ad account sits inside someone else's Business Portfolio and I cannot move it out.
  • The agency that used to run my ads still has access and I do not know what they can see.
  • My ads keep getting rejected and I cannot tell which rule they are supposed to break.
  • My Serbian card keeps failing at billing, so campaigns stop in the middle of the day.
  • Sales come in but Ads Manager shows almost no conversions, so I cannot tell what works.

What this covers

  • Access and roles

We map who currently holds admin, employee and partner access to your ad account, Page and Business Portfolio. Then we help you request the changes you need through the platform's own process.

  • Business Portfolio structure

We sort out which portfolio owns the ad account, the Page, the Pixel and the product catalogue. Assets that belong to your business should sit in a portfolio your business controls.

  • Restrictions and rejected ads

We read the actual rejection reason, compare it with the ad and the landing page, and prepare a clear review request. Meta and Google decide the outcome, not us.

  • Billing and payment profile

We check the country, currency, time zone and payment method on the account, and work through declines on Serbian bank cards. Some settings can only be changed by your bank or by the platform itself.

  • Catalogue and tracking

We check product feeds for errors and test the Pixel, tags and conversion events end to end. The aim is simple: what the reports show should match what actually happened.

How we work through it

  1. 1

    Intake and diagnosis

You tell us what you see on screen and we look at the account structure together. We write down the exact error, the assets involved and who holds access today.

  2. 2

    Ownership map

We draw the chain: ad account, Page, Instagram, Pixel, catalogue and portfolio. This shows where the link is broken and who has to approve the fix.

  3. 3

    Official channel requests

We prepare and submit the requests the platform expects: role changes, asset requests, review appeals or billing updates. Every step goes through the platform's own forms, under your account.

  4. 4

    Campaign and tracking check

Once access is back or a restriction is lifted, we review campaigns, budgets, catalogue feeds and conversion events. Nothing is switched back on before that check is done.

  5. 5

    Hardening and handover

Where the platform approves the change, you are left as the owner of your own portfolio, with roles cleaned up and two-step verification set up by you. We leave a short written record of the structure so the next person can read it.

What we may ask you for

  • A screenshot of the exact error message in Ads Manager or Google Ads, with the account number visible on screen.
  • The ad account ID and the Business Portfolio ID, both of which you can copy from the settings page.
  • A bank or card statement line showing the failed advertising charge, with the card number and any personal ID number masked.
  • Your company registration details as they appear in the APR register, so billing and verification data can match.
  • The email address that originally created the account, and the name of the agency or developer who set it up if that was not you.
Only ever documents and facts. Never a password, a verification code, a recovery code, a full card number, a CVV, or a JMBG.

What we do not do

  • We do not open new ad accounts, Pages or portfolios in order to get around a restriction on an existing one.
  • We do not use false identities, borrowed documents or another company's details in any verification step.
  • We do not contact platform support pretending to be you, and we never present ourselves as an official partner of Meta or Google.
  • We do not run day-to-day campaign management or produce ad creative under this service; this is repair work.
