Account & Meta Recovery
When access to Instagram, Facebook or WhatsApp Business is gone, we run the case.
Losing an account is more than an inconvenience: bookings stop, messages go unanswered, and someone else may be speaking to your customers. We work out what actually happened, assemble the proof that the account belongs to your business, and run the platform's official recovery process with you. The platform makes the decision, and we tell you plainly where the case stands.
Does any of this sound familiar?
- My Instagram login now goes to a phone number I do not recognise, and the email on the account was changed.
- Our Facebook Page suddenly shows someone else as admin and I am left with editor access only.
- Instagram says the account is disabled, and the appeal form closes without any answer coming back.
- Stories are being posted from our salon account and someone is replying to customer messages.
- WhatsApp Business stopped working on the shop phone and the verification code never arrives.
- I cannot open Meta Business Suite, so the Page, the ads and the catalogue are all out of reach.
What this covers
Instagram and Facebook
Hijacked, disabled and restricted accounts, including cases where the attacker changed the phone number, email address or username. We identify which recovery route the platform actually offers for your situation.
Meta Business Portfolio
Lost admin rights on a Business Portfolio (Business Manager), a Page, an ad account or a catalogue. We map who holds which role today and prepare the ownership request through Meta's own forms.
WhatsApp Business access
Business numbers that stopped verifying, moved to a device you no longer have, or were attached to a portfolio you cannot open. We sort out which number and which device the account is bound to.
TikTok and other platforms
Business accounts on TikTok and similar platforms with the same failure patterns: hijack, suspension, or a manager who is no longer with the company. The available routes differ per platform and we explain which ones exist.
Sessions and connected apps
If access returns, we review active logins, devices, connected third-party apps and scheduling tools with you, and remove what should not be there.
How we work through it
- 1
Intake and diagnosis
You tell us what happened and what you can still see. We map the whole chain of linked assets, because Instagram, the Facebook Page, the Business Portfolio and WhatsApp Business usually fall together.
- 2
Ownership evidence
We build a document pack that shows the account belongs to your business: company records, past billing, original content and platform notices. We tell you if a gap in the evidence is likely to weaken the case.
- 3
Official recovery case
We submit through the platform's own recovery, ownership or appeal flow, in the correct order, with one clear account of the incident. Nothing is submitted through side channels.
- 4
Follow-up and response
Platforms often come back asking for a video selfie, a further document or a clarification. We prepare each response with you and keep the case moving instead of letting it lapse.
- 5
Hardening and handover
If access is restored, we clean up sessions and connected apps, set two-factor authentication on the right people, correct admin roles, and hand you a written summary of who now controls what.
What we may ask you for
- The email address, phone number and username that were on the account before the change, with approximate dates.
- Your APR company registration extract or tax number (PIB), showing the legal name behind the business.
- An identity document for the person named as the account owner, with the JMBG masked.
- An invoice or bank statement line for past ad spend on the account, with the card number masked to the last four digits.
- Screenshots of the platform notice, restriction message or case reference number, including the date and time shown.
What we do not do
- We do not open a second or duplicate account to work around a restriction. It usually damages the case for the original account.
- We do not approach platform staff off the record or through informal contacts. Everything goes through the published recovery and appeal forms.
- We never ask for your password, one-time SMS or app codes, backup codes or your JMBG. If someone requests them in our name, it is not us.
- We do not attempt to reach the attacker's device, mailbox or account, and we do not buy or sell accounts, followers or engagement.
