Google Maps & Reputation

Your Google listing, your Maps details and your reviews, put back in order.

For a local business, the Google listing is often the first thing a customer sees. When it is suspended, duplicated, showing an old address, or still controlled by someone you no longer work with, walk-in trade drops fast. We work through Google's own ownership, verification and reporting processes, and we tell you plainly what is in our hands and what is Google's decision.

Does any of this sound familiar?

  • My business no longer appears on Google Maps, and customers tell me they cannot find us.
  • There are two listings for my shop on Maps with different phone numbers, and I control only one.
  • Google says my profile is suspended and I do not understand which rule I broke.
  • The agency that built our website still shows as the owner of our Google listing and does not reply.
  • Maps shows our old address and old opening hours, so people arrive when we are closed.
  • A review appeared from someone who was never a customer, and it names a business that is not ours.

What this covers

  • Ownership and access

We work through Google's ownership request and verification steps so the profile sits under an account your business controls. We then set manager roles for the people who actually need them.

  • Suspended profiles

We read the suspension notice, work out what Google is objecting to, prepare the reinstatement request with supporting documents, and file it through the official appeal form. The decision is Google's.

  • Duplicate listings

We find duplicate or outdated listings for the same location and report them for merging or removal through Google's own process. Google decides which entry stays and what happens to the rest.

  • NAP consistency

We align the name, address and phone number (often called NAP) across your website, Google Maps and Facebook. Mismatched details weaken local visibility and send people to the wrong place.

  • Reviews and responses

We report reviews that appear to break Google's content policy through the official flow, and help you write calm, useful replies to the genuine ones.

How we work through it

  1. 1

    Intake and diagnosis

We look at the live listing, which account currently owns it, any suspension or policy notice, and how your details appear on the website and on Facebook. You get a plain summary of what is actually wrong.

  2. 2

    Evidence pack

We tell you exactly which documents the request at hand needs and help you assemble them, with sensitive fields masked before anything is sent.

  3. 3

    Submission

We file the ownership request, reinstatement appeal, duplicate report or review report through Google's own forms, with the reasoning and evidence attached.

  4. 4

    Follow-up and correction

Google often replies asking for more, or rejects on a technical point. We read the response, correct what can be corrected, and re-file where the process allows it.

  5. 5

    Cleanup and handover

Once the profile is under your control we correct the details, categories and opening hours, set the roles, show you how to watch new reviews, and hand over written notes.

What we may ask you for

  • Your APR business registration extract, showing the legal name and the registered address.
  • A photo of the shopfront sign and the entrance, showing the business name at that address.
  • A recent utility bill or the lease for the premises, with the account number and any JMBG masked.
  • A company invoice or fiscal receipt showing the business name, address and PIB tax number.
  • The email address that currently shows as owner of the listing, if you know it, plus screenshots of Google's notices with any reference number visible.
Only ever documents and facts. Never a password, a verification code, a recovery code, a full card number, a CVV, or a JMBG.

What we do not do

  • We do not remove genuine negative reviews. If a review reflects a real customer experience, the honest route is a good public reply, not deletion.
  • We do not create or buy positive reviews, and we do not ask staff, friends or family to post as customers. It breaks Google's policy and puts the whole listing at risk.
  • We do not promise that a reported review will be taken down. Google assesses every report against its own content policy and decides on its own.
  • We do not open a second listing or a second account to work around a suspension. That normally makes the original problem harder to fix.

Typical milestones

  1. 1.Listing audited
  2. 2.Evidence prepared
  3. 3.Request filed
  4. 4.Google response
  5. 5.Profile handed over
